本文介绍了以加工能力山和墙的观点优化切削参数的方法,借助计算机辅助切削参数优化。方法简单、直观。此外,通过机夹硬质合金可转位车刀YT5车削20Cr的系统实验研究,求出最佳切削用量。
This paper presents a method to optimize the cutting parameters from the viewpoint of processing capacity of the mountain and the wall, with the help of computer-aided cutting parameter optimization.
