目的 探讨高温、噪声作业对工人心电图的影响。方法 选取沈阳市某铸钢厂铸造、锻造、锻压车间的接触高温、噪声者83名为暴露组,不接触高温和噪声的工人70名为对照组,进行心电图检测。结果 暴露组心电图异常者占31.3%,对照组异常心电图为10.0%。两组相比统计学差异非常显著(P<0.01),RR为3.13。并且暴露组心电图异常者随工龄增高而增多。结论 高温、噪声作业对工人心电图有明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of high temperature and noise on workers electrocardiogram. Methods Totally 83 exposed workers in casting, forging and forging workshop of Shenyang Foundry Group were selected as the exposed group, and 70 workers who did not touch the high temperature and noise were selected as the control group for ECG examination. Results Electrocardiogram abnormalities in the exposed group accounted for 31.3%, abnormal ECG in the control group was 10.0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01), RR was 3.13. And exposed group ECG abnormalities increased with increasing seniority. Conclusion High temperature and noise work have obvious influence on ECG of workers.
