近年来加罩电极光谱分析方法,在区域化探样品分析中的作用,越来越被人们所重视。然而加罩电极的加工却是一件比较困难的事情。早期购置的光谱电极车床,加工最大的孔深只有8毫米,也没有加工电极罩的装置。有不少用户为了工作的需要,又把车床托运到厂家进行改装。即浪费人力和财力,又浪费宝贵的时间,在一定程度上限制了加罩电极光谱分析方法的推广和应用。现介绍一种不需要添置任何装置和设备,可在TC-64型(武汉地质学院机械工厂制造)普通光谱电极车床上加工加罩电极的方法。既简单方便又具有通用性。具体方法如下:一、电极罩的加工先把石墨炭棒截成所需的长度,再把车外园的刀口调到与车床卡头中心线成40°角左右。然后用直径为1毫米的钻头,在车床上加工石墨棒的一端,钻孔的深度约4毫米。车制成如图1所示的半成品罩子。半成品罩子车完后,把车床右边推动钻头的杠杆和自动送料装置卸下来。把图1所示的半成品罩子颠倒过来加工另一端。选用直径适当的钻头,使钻头从卡头伸出的长度等于罩子所需的孔深(比罩子的长度短2毫米)。用手装料,并用手推动卡头,
