牛冲霄汉,虎啸河山。时光的步履跨入21世纪第一个10年,继长三角、珠三角、西部大开发之后,声声挺进大江南北的号角又在神州大地豪迈地吹响。区域经济带风起云涌,淘金正当时从2009年1月起,为应对国际金融危机,保持国民经济平稳发展,我国现代化建设从“点”向“面”全面提速,从长三角、珠三角、京津冀等板块,到西部大开发、中部崛起、振兴东北老工业基地战略等,我国东、中、西、东北等各个经济区域的发展呈现全面隆起之势,以核心辐射、分工互补、互惠共赢为特征的新区域经济圈如雨后春笋般涌现。
