现代社会已经进入了“形象管理”时代 ,共青团组织与其它社会组织相比较 ,具有得天独厚的优势形象资源。这主要根源于它的特殊的组织性质、地位和长期的发展历史 ,同时也有赖于团组织自身的理性运作。共青团组织应充分运用其优势形象资源 ,建立长期战略目标 ,抓好“品牌项目” ,创造“品牌效应” ,推进我国青年工作长足进展
Modern society has entered an era of “image management.” Compared with other social organizations, the Communist Youth League has a unique and advantageous image resource. This is mainly due to its special organizational nature, status and long-term development history, but also depends on the regimental organization’s own rational operation. The Communist Youth League should make full use of its advantageous image resources to establish long-term strategic goals, do a good job of “brand projects”, create “brand effects” and promote long-term progress of youth work in our country
