本文在选定的工艺条件下,在振动筛板柱中研究了P(507)(煤油)/(Sm-Eu-Gd)Cl3(EuCl2)-HCl体系的两相流动特性和传质特性。结果表明,该体系在振动柱中有良好的流动特性。在流比2.5~4.0,振幅=10mm,频率=300~350min(-1)条件下,两相总液泛通量达220L/dm2·h,存留分数一般为12~15%。用分段近似计算法,估算了柱子的传质效率。对于较难萃取的组分Sm,平均传质单元高度为0.52m,平均理论级当量高度为1.82m。
In this paper, we studied the two-phase flow and mass transfer characteristics of P (507) (kerosene) / (Sm-Eu-Gd) Cl3 (EuCl2) -HCl system under vibrating sieve plate column under the selected technological conditions. The results show that the system has good flow characteristics in the vibration column. Under the condition of flow ratio of 2.5-4.0, amplitude = 10mm and frequency of 300-350min (-1), the total liquid flux of the two phases reached 220L / dm2 · h and the retention fraction was 12-15%. Using the piecewise approximation method, the mass transfer efficiency of the column was estimated. For the more difficult to extract the component Sm, the average mass transfer unit height of 0.52m, the average theoretical equivalent height of 1.82m.
