目的加强托幼机构的卫生保健工作,依法对阿克苏市托幼机构进行卫生保健督导管理。方法根据卫生部《托儿所幼儿园卫生保健管理办法》对阿克苏市辖区内的145所各级各类托幼机构进行督导检查。结果阿克苏市城区公立幼儿园较少,私立幼儿园逐年增加,托幼机构卫生保健质量有所下降。结论市场经济使得托幼机构组成发生了巨大变化,管理难度加大,相关管理部门要更加密切配合,规范托幼机构管理,要强化托幼机构卫生保健意识,解决卫生监督中的真空地带,保证儿童健康成长。
Objective To strengthen the health care work of nurseries and nurseries and supervise and administer the health care of nurseries and nurses in Aksu City according to law. Methods According to the Ministry of Health “nursery nursery health care management approach” to Aksu Municipality within the 145 various levels of child care institutions to carry out supervision and inspection. Results There were fewer public kindergartens in Aksu City, private kindergartens increased year by year, and the quality of health care in kindergartens and nurseries decreased. Conclusion The market economy has brought about tremendous changes in the composition of nurseries and kindergartens, making it more and more difficult to manage. Relevant management departments should work more closely with each other to standardize the management of nurseries and kindergartens, strengthen the awareness of health care providers and nurses, and solve the vacuum zone in health supervision. Children grow up healthily.
