通过作业现场检查,总结分析出导致抽油井偏磨的各种因素,并且结合胡庆油田近几年来对抽油井防偏磨技术的发展与应用,总结出多项比较成熟的防偏磨技术:其中有旋转井口、抽油杆注塑尼龙扶正器、加重杆、油管锚、悬挂尾管等,目前应用最为广泛的是抽油杆注塑尼龙扶正器和旋转井口。通过以上各种防偏磨技术的综合应用,有效地解决管杆之间的偏磨问题,延长检泵周期,节约管杆的使用,取得较好的社会和经济效益。

Through the comprehensive application of the above various anti-eccentric wear technologies, the problem of eccentric wear between the pipe rods is effectively solved, the inspection pump cycle is lengthened, the use of the pipe rods is saved, and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
