本文阐述了全国水运市场与水运企业经营、地方水运运价水平及运输价格管理改革的情况,针对运输价格改革中存在的问题与实际需要,提出了关于制定水运运价管理政策性规定的建议,为交通部决策提供依据。
This paper describes the management of the national water transport market and water transport enterprises, the local water transport price level and the reform of transport price management.
