采用热压法制备了不同SiC晶须含量的Al2O3/TiB2/SiCw复合材料.研究了该复合材料的强度、断裂韧性随温度的变化规律.结果表明:添加SiC、有利于提高材料的高温韧性和高温强度.晶须含量越高,高温增韧效果越明显.
The Al2O3 / TiB2 / SiCw composites with different content of SiC whiskers were prepared by hot pressing. The strength and fracture toughness of the composites were studied with the change of temperature. The results show that adding SiC can improve the high temperature toughness and high temperature strength of the material. The higher the content of whiskers, the more obvious the toughening effect at high temperature.
