2000年4月19～21日由国家质量技术监督局锅炉压力容器安全监察局、国家质量技术监督局锅炉压力容器检测研究中心、中国锅炉水处理协会联合举办的第一次全国锅炉水处理学术会议暨第二届二次协会理事会在苏州召开。参加会议的有:国家质量技术监督局锅炉压力容器安全监察局张纲副局长、国家质量技术监督局锅检中心林树青、武津生副主任、中国锅炉水处理协会马德林理事长、江苏省技术监督局顾竞成副局长、苏州市技术监督局申爱军局长等有关领导,来自全国各地锅炉压力容器安全监察机构、检验单位、企事业单位、协会会员单位代表以及论文作者共计190余人参加了会议。
