目的探讨高中教师的生活质量状况,为提高高中教师的生活质量提供理论依据。方法采用生活质量综合评定量表,对河南省363名城乡高中教师进行调查。结果高中男教师更能适应高中的工作状态,女教师的心理压力较大;身体健康的教师有较强的身心承受能力;已婚教师的精神生活更丰富,但来自物质生活的压力较大;城市教师的物质生活条件明显优于农村教师;重点高中教师的物质生活和主观感受亦好于非重点高中;不同学科教师生活质量存在个体差异。结论性别、婚姻状况、来自于城市还是农村及任教学科是影响高中教师生活质量的重要变量。应重视高中教师生活质量,做好教师的心理卫生工作。
Objective To explore the quality of life of high school teachers and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of high school teachers. Methods A total of 363 urban and rural high school teachers in Henan Province were investigated using the comprehensive quality of life scale. Results Male high school teachers were more able to adapt to the working condition of high school. Female teachers had greater psychological pressure. Healthy teachers had a stronger physical and mental ability. Married teachers had more spiritual life but more pressure from material life. The material living conditions of urban teachers are obviously better than that of rural teachers. The material life and subjective feelings of key high school teachers are also better than non-key high schools. There are individual differences in the quality of life of teachers in different disciplines. Conclusions Gender, marital status, urban or rural and teaching subjects are important variables affecting the quality of life of high school teachers. Should pay attention to the quality of life of high school teachers, good teacher mental health work.
