一、爲了逐步貫徹“以租養房”的方針,根據‘中央國家機關工作人員住用公家宿舍收租暫行辦法’,並結合本省具體情况和照顧工作人員的負担能力,制定本辦法。二、凡本省各級國家機關宿舍用房(包括自用的附屬房)均依本辦法附表的规定以使用面積計算,按月收租。租金標準,係根據房屋結構、地面、内牆、頂棚、門窗的不同質量,確定房租分數(見附表);同時,對同樣房屋的優點和缺點採取增減積點辦法加以調整(見附表)。
