土工织物充灌袋由于施工方便、价格低廉而广泛应用在防波堤等工程中,根据其充灌后截面形状的不同,主要分为香肠型充灌袋和扁平型充灌袋两种类型。在袋子的充灌过程中,需控制充灌压力的大小以满足袋子抗拉强度和形状的要求,因此充灌袋的几何参数、袋子拉力与充灌压力的关系是研究的重点。国内外的研究一般只针对某一种形状的充灌袋,且研究结果多为解析解,不便直接应用于工程实际中。本文根据两种袋子各自的截面假定和计算方法,编制相应的计算程序,得到不同工况下充灌袋各参数与充灌压力之间的关系,经过归一化处理后拟合出适应于各种工况的曲线函数,并分别通过试验证明拟合曲线的正确性和准确性。最后说明两种充灌袋设计程序的联系及两种拟合公式各自应用的范围。
Geotextile bags due to the construction of convenient, inexpensive and widely used in breakwater and other projects, according to its filling cross-sectional shape is divided into sausage filling bags and flat filling two types of bags. In the process of filling the bag, the filling pressure needs to be controlled to meet the requirements of the bag tensile strength and shape. Therefore, the relationship between the filling bag geometric parameters, the bag pull and filling pressure is the focus of research. Domestic and foreign research generally only for a shape of the filling bags, and the results are mostly analytic solution, inconvenience directly applied to engineering practice. In this paper, according to the assumption and calculation method of the two kinds of bags, the corresponding calculation program is compiled, and the relationship between filling parameters and filling pressure under different working conditions is obtained. After normalized, The curve function of the working conditions is tested and the correctness and accuracy of the fitted curve are verified through experiments. Finally, the connection between two kinds of filling bags design procedure and the scope of application of the two kinds of fitting formulas are illustrated.
