目的以硼泥陶粒等体积替换石子为粗骨料,研究陶粒的不同体积掺量对混凝土的基本力学性能及变形性能的影响规律.方法通过5组试验研究了陶粒体积掺量分别为0、25%、50%、75%和100%时,对混凝土28d的强度和应力-应变曲线的上升段的影响规律.结果随着陶粒体积掺量的增大,混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗拉强度和劈裂抗拉强度均呈减小的趋势,且当陶粒体积掺量超过50%时,混凝土强度大幅降低;混凝土的应力-应变曲线上升段的斜率和峰值应力随着陶粒体积掺量的增大而逐渐减小,但峰值应变增大.结论随着陶粒体积掺量的增大,混凝土的强度和弹性模量逐渐降低;提出了不同陶粒体积掺量的混凝土的本构方程建议.
Objective To replace the stones with coarse aggregate by the volume of boron mud ceramsite to study the influence of different volume contents of ceramsite on the basic mechanical properties and deformation properties of the concrete.Methods Through the five groups of experiments, 0,25%, 50%, 75% and 100%, respectively, on the strength and stress-strain curve of concrete.Results With the increase of ceramic volume, the cube compressive strength , The axial tensile strength and splitting tensile strength all tended to decrease, and the strength of concrete decreased significantly when the volumetric content of ceramsite was more than 50%. The slope and peak stress of the ascending section of the stress-strain curve With the increase of the volume of ceramsite volume, it decreases gradually, but the peak strain increases.Conclusion The strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease with the increase of volume of ceramsite volume. The constitutive equation of concrete is suggested.
