创建高职院校双师型教师团队成为了社会发展所需,高职院校双师型教师建设在师资专业实践技能方面较低,欠缺培养高职院校双师型教师的专业机构。所以,需执行校企合作共建高职院校双师型教师团队,完成全面对接,完善管理制度,通过校企合作培养人才、服务社会、展现自身价值。高职院校需通过校企合作的方式,实现双师型教师的建设。
The establishment of a double-qualified teacher team in higher vocational colleges has become a necessity for social development. The construction of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges is low in the practical skills of teachers and professional institutes for training double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the need to implement the school-enterprise cooperation to build a double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges, complete a complete docking, improve the management system, through cooperation between school-enterprise personnel training, social services, to show their value. Higher vocational colleges need to realize the construction of double-qualified teachers through the way of school-enterprise cooperation.
