目的:观察中药黄芪合并丹参组成的小复方对干燥综合征模型大鼠颌下腺的干预。方法:提取Wistar同种大鼠颌下腺组织后匀浆与完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)混匀乳化,注射大鼠两后脚掌与两侧腹股沟皮下,然后在背部皮下注射百白破联合疫苗加强免疫,产生近似于人类干燥综合征唾液腺的病理改变及临床表现。应用中药颗粒黄芪合并丹参干预进行疗效观察。结果:模型大鼠免疫制备7W,唾液流量减少(P<0.05),体重明显减轻(P<0.05),颌下腺指数增加(P<0.05)。黄芪合并丹参对模型鼠部分观察指标有改善,造模中药复方低、高剂量组能明显增加唾液流量(P<0.05),增加体重(P<0.01),但是饮水量与造模后生理盐水对照组没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪合并丹参小复方对复制干燥综合征模型鼠有增加体重、增加唾液分泌量的作用。
Objective: To observe the intervention of Astragalus combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza on the submandibular gland of rats with Sjogren’s syndrome. The saliva flow decreased (P <0.05), the body weight decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the submandibular gland index increased (P <0.05). Radix astragali combined with Salvia on the part of the observation indicators to improve the model of traditional Chinese medicine compound low, high dose group can significantly increase saliva flow (P <0.05), increase body weight (P <0.01), but drinking water and saline control after modeling The group was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Astragalus combined with small Danshen formula on Sjogren’s syndrome rats increased body weight, increase the role of salivary secretion.
