为了改善浇注式沥青混合料性能,通过流动度试验、贯入量试验、车辙试验和低温极限弯曲试验研究了掺加不同外掺剂及剂量的浇注式沥青混合料的性能。结果表明:掺加sasobit可以改善浇注式沥青混合料工作性和高温性能,但对低温性能有影响,其最佳掺量应不大于沥青用量的2%;掺加粒化聚合物会浇注式沥青混合料工作性和低温性能变差,但可以显著改善其高温性能,其最佳掺量范围为混合料用量的3‰。
In order to improve the performance of pouring asphalt mixture, the properties of pouring asphalt mixture with different admixture and dosage were studied by fluidity test, penetration test, rutting test and low temperature limit bending test. The results show that adding sasobit can improve the workability and high temperature performance of pouring asphalt mixture, but have an impact on the low temperature performance, and the optimum dosage should not exceed 2% of the asphalt dosage.
