数控车床是目前国内使用量最大、覆盖面最广的一种数控机床,约占数控机床总数的25%。数控机床是集机械、电气、液压、气动、微电子和信息等多项技术为一体的机电一体化产品,是机械制造设备中具有高精度、高效率、高自动化和高柔性化等优点的工作母机。数控车床主要用于加工轴类、盘类等回转体零件。在职业教育领域中,数控车床加工是数控加工技术专业的主要课程。本文结合笔者在近两年的教学实践,谈谈数控车床加工工学一体化课程改革和实践中的一些体会。
