我国经济发展已步入新常态。消费作为有效配置社会资源的重要依托和拉动经济增长的根本动力,应当适应新常态,引领新常态。为此,迫切需要推进消费转型升级,实现消费创新发展。文章提出了推进消费转型升级的“6个命题”:一是密切关注和积极研究消费变化;二是着力发展和提高消费力;三是扩大和加强文化消费;四是大力发展服务消费;五是加快零售业转型创新;六是推进线上线下互动、创新消费方式。
China’s economic development has entered a new normal. Consumption, as an important basis for effectively relying on social resources and the fundamental driving force for economic growth, should adapt to the new normal and lead the new normal. Therefore, there is an urgent need to promote the transformation and upgrading of consumption so as to achieve the innovation and consumption growth. The article puts forward “6 Propositions” to promote the transformation and upgrading of consumption: one is to pay close attention to and actively study changes in consumption; the other is to focus on the development and improvement of consumption power; the other is to expand and strengthen cultural consumption; the other is to develop service consumption vigorously; Fifth, to speed up innovation in retail transformation. Sixth, promote online and offline interaction and innovation in consumption.
