目的:研究参芪扶正注射液对直肠癌术后化疗患者免疫功能及化疗毒副作用的影响。方法:将99例直肠癌术后患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。两组患者均采用FOLFOX4化疗方案。治疗组从化疗前3 d给予参芪扶正注射液,共给药14 d。两组患者化疗12个周期后评价细胞免疫及化疗毒副作用。结果:在细胞免疫上,对照组化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05),CD8+较治疗前有所升高(P<0.05),而治疗组化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞较化疗前均有所上升(P<0.05),且治疗组化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05);在化疗毒副反应上,两组患者均出现白细胞减少、恶心呕吐、肢端麻木、肝功能异常及血小板减少5种化疗毒副反应。而治疗组在白细胞减少、恶心呕吐及血小板减少3种毒副反应上发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);在生活质量改善上,治疗组术后改善率为88.9%,对照组术后改善率为61.4%。治疗组术后改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液具有改善直肠癌术后化疗患者细胞免疫抑制、增强细胞免疫、减轻化疗毒副作用、改善患者化疗期间生活质量的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the immune function and chemotherapy side effects of postoperative chemotherapy in rectal cancer patients. Methods: Ninety-nine patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy. The treatment group was given Shenqi Fuzheng Injection 3 days before chemotherapy for a total of 14 days. Two groups of chemotherapy after 12 cycles of evaluation of cellular immunity and chemotherapy side effects. There were 5 chemotherapeutic toxicities and side effects of leukopenia, nausea and vomiting, numbness of limbs, abnormal liver function and thrombocytopenia in both groups. In the treatment group, the incidence of three side effects of leukopenia, nausea, vomiting and thrombocytopenia were all lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). In the improvement of quality of life, the improvement rate of the treatment group was 88.9% After the improvement rate of 61.4%. The improvement rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection can improve the immunosuppression, enhance cellular immunity, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life during chemotherapy in patients with rectal cancer postoperative chemotherapy.
