超音速分离器(Super Sonic Separator,简称3S)是由航天技术的空气动力学成果应用于油气田天然气处理加工领域的一项新技术。近年来在俄罗斯、加拿大等国多套工业装置有所应用,对提高液化气及轻油产量效果明显。2011年6月我国引进的首套3S在中国石油塔里木油田牙哈作业区凝析气处理厂投用,目前运行良好。本文针对其运行情况,结合英买力天然气处理装置进行分析,对3S分别在牙哈和英买力两套装置的3S效果进行对比分析,以探讨3S在不同天然气处理工艺流程中的应用效果。经研究发现,3S更适用于脱水深度更深的天然气处理装置,更适用于后续流程无插入流股的天然气处理装置。
The Super Sonic Separator (3S) is a new technology applied in the field of natural gas processing and processing in the field of gas and gas by the aerodynamic achievements of aerospace technology. In this paper, according to its operation, combined with the analysis of the British Buyi natural gas processing unit, 3S respectively in the teeth Kazakhstan and British Buying two sets of devices 3S comparative analysis of the effect to explore the 3S in different natural gas processing technology application effect. The study found that, 3S more suitable for deeper dehydration natural gas processing unit, more suitable for follow-up flow without plug flow of natural gas processing unit.
