几年来标准设计工作在学习苏联先进经验和帮助完成国家的建设任务方面,是获得了一定成绩的。但是,由于唯心主义的设计思想,盲目的搬用苏联最新的建筑标准,严重的追求形式,对劳动人民生活不深入体验闭门造车的结果,以往的301,302住宅设计,远远脱离了现实的国家经济条件与劳动人民的生活水平,浪费了国家的投资,而且使很多盖成的房子,不适合劳动人民的需要,劳动人民常常住不起。
Over the past few years, the standard design work has achieved certain achievements in learning advanced experience of the Soviet Union and helping to complete the country’s construction tasks. However, due to the idealism of the idealist design, the blind adoption of the latest Soviet building standards, the serious pursuit of forms, and the inexperience of working people living behind closed doors, the previous 301,302 residential design was far from the actual national economic conditions. The living standards of the working people are a waste of national investment, and many of the built-up houses are not suitable for the needs of the working people. The working people often cannot afford to live.
