改进采煤方法是一项世界性的要求。水平集中使开采方法得以改进之后,当今人们在开采厚煤层时已把注意力转向垂直集中。由于增加分层厚度在技术上存在困难,故而发展多分层开采和分段垮落开采。 在采用分段垮落采煤系统的自移支架时,现行的方法需要用两部铠装刮板运输机。一台工作面运输机运送从煤壁割落的煤;而另一台装在支架后面运送顶部垮落的煤。此种方法存在的问题是:为了安装两部运输机,需要一个较大的工作空间。另外,由于垮落的顶煤落在采空区一侧,损失很多。这种支架既大且贵。现在已经找到了解决办法。这种办法比较便宜,又能满足安全的要求。
Improving mining methods is a worldwide requirement. After the horizontal integration has improved the mining method, people today have turned their attention to vertical concentration when mining thick seams. Due to technical difficulties in increasing the delamination thickness, multi-layered mining and staged caving mining have been developed. The current method requires two armored scraper conveyors in the case of self-moving stents that employ a staged coal mining system. A face conveyor transports coal cut off from the coal wall; the other is installed behind a carriage to transport coal that has collapsed from the top. The problem with this method is that a larger work space is required in order to install two transport aircraft. In addition, there is much to lose because of the collapse of the top coal that falls on the gob side. This bracket is large and expensive. Now we have found a solution. This approach is cheaper, but also to meet the safety requirements.
