目的:总结分析哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠的不良反应,供临床参考。方法:通过检索《中国期刊全文数据库》等有关文献,对哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠的不良反应进行整理综述和分析。结果:应用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠时可出现荨麻疹、过敏性休克、剥脱性皮炎、四肢抽筋、白细胞血小板减少以及血便、急性肾功能不全等不良反应。结论:该药在临床应用广泛,疗效显著,不良反应也较多,应引起足够重视。
Objective: To summarize and analyze the adverse reactions of piperacillin and tazobactam sodium for clinical reference. Methods: The adverse reactions of piperacillin and tazobactam sodium were summarized and analyzed by searching the relevant literature such as “Chinese Journal Full-text Database”. Results: Urticaria, anaphylactic shock, exfoliative dermatitis, cramps of limbs, thrombocytopenia of leucocythemia and bloody stools, acute renal insufficiency and other adverse reactions occurred when piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium were applied. Conclusion: The drug is widely used in clinical practice with significant curative effect and more adverse reactions, which should be paid enough attention.
