二维过渡金属二硫化物(TMDCs)是一种具有类石墨烯层状结构的新型材料,单层的TMDCs凭借其超薄的层状结构、巨大的比表面积、优异的物理化学性质和可调的禁带宽度等特点,在光电器件、光催化剂、传感器及检测和超级电容器等领域备受关注。在介绍TMDCs的结构和性能的基础上,重点对其常见的制备方法及应用进行了总结和评述,并展望了其未来的发展趋势和所面临的挑战。
