提出了一种新的止回阀控制结构,可用于矿井排水系统骤停时瞬态流动控制及水锤防护,利用合理的阀流型以及调速液压缸系统,操控阀板关闭过程。经过计算仿真结果显示,利用该阀可以有效控制水锤压升。
A new check valve control structure is proposed, which can be used for transient flow control and water hammer protection in mine drainage system at the moment of arrest. The rational valve flow pattern and speed regulating hydraulic cylinder system are used to control the valve closing process. After the calculation of simulation results show that the use of the valve can effectively control the water hammer pressure.
