学习动机是推动、引导和维持学习者进行学习活动,并使活动朝向一定的学习目标的动力。学习动机说明了人是为了什么原因而学习。通过对英语专业本科学生的调查,发现学习者的学习动机主要有成就感、文化生活、工作、社会责任、社会影响、出国动机和亲和内驱力等动机类型。动机类型的研究对外语教学中激发学生学习动机有着重要的作用。 Learning motivation is to promote, guide and maintain the learning activities of learners, and make the activities towards certain learning goals motivation. Learning motivation shows what people are learning for what reason. Through the investigation of undergraduates in English majors, it is found that motivation of learners mainly includes motivation types such as accomplishment, cultural life, work, social responsibility, social influence, expatriate motivation and affinity and internal drive. The study of motivation type plays an important role in stimulating students’ learning motivation in foreign language teaching.
