我们党内有很多好的制度,这些好制度取得的成效之所以不能令人十分满意,就是因为监督与制约机制没有发挥出应有的作用。为此,至少应从以下几方面入手。健全党内监督互动机制,防止监督主体虚化。党代会对纪检委监督活动的再监督有弱化的趋势。虽然纪检委自检自纠的力度也在增大,但仍然需要构建长治久安的互动机制来保证监督不走过场。是否可以通过制定中国共产党党内监督法等法规,完善党内监督互动机制,进而保证监督功能充分而有效地实施。 There are many good systems in our party.
