目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统在治疗子宫腺肌症中的作用。方法观察50例子宫腺肌症患者在放置LNG-IUS前后月经量、痛经程度以及子宫体积的变化。结果 50例子宫腺肌症患者在放置LNG-IUS环后痛经程度显著减轻(P<0.01),月经量显著减少(P<0.01),子宫体积相应减小(但差异无统计学意义)。结论 LNG-IUS在治疗子宫腺肌病均有较好的临床运用价值,且无任何不良反应,为众多的子宫腺肌病患者带来福音,有较好的临床推广运用前景。
Objective To investigate the effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods 50 cases of adenomyosis patients before and after placement of LNG-IUS menstrual flow, dysmenorrhea and uterine volume changes. Results 50 patients with adenomyosis had significantly reduced dysmenorrhea (P <0.01), significantly reduced menstrual flow (P <0.01), and corresponding reduction in uterine volume (P> 0.05). Conclusion LNG-IUS in the treatment of adenomyosis have better clinical value, and no adverse reactions, for many patients with adenomyosis bring the gospel, there is a good clinical application prospects.
