杂交粳稻3优18被农业部列为2002年重点推广的新品种,现已成为苏北地区杂粳种植的主栽品种,该品种具有米质优、抗倒伏、高抗条纹枯病、抽穗期早、可避开三代三化螟的主峰危害,且成熟期与稻田养殖捕捞期基本一致,产量高、效益好的显著特点。经试验,最适宜苏北地区养殖稻田无公害栽培,也是替代该地区养殖稻田中病害严重的杂交籼稻、常规粳稻的首选品种。在养殖稻田种植,一般产无公害稻谷9000kg/hm~2。其栽培要点如下:
