本文尝试将悉尼学派的语类理论运用于以计算机为媒介的汉语服务接触语类研究,归纳出包括11个成分的汉语网络购物典型语类结构,以及部分成分的语言或非语言实现形式。研究表明,汉语网络购物语类中出现了价格调整和送货确认两个新成分,问候、告别、议价准备、议价等成分高频出现,购买和付款均为在线完成,问候和告别经常通过电子表情符来实现,充分体现了语境构型中的语式、语旨变量以及当前中国电子商务环境对语类结构的制约作用。
This paper attempts to apply the syllabic theory of Sydney School to the study of Chinese service contact genres mediated by computer and concludes the 11 typical Chinese language online shopping generic structure and the partial or non-verbal forms of language composition. The research shows that there are two new components of price adjustment and delivery confirmation in the Chinese online shopping category: greetings, farewell, bargaining and bargaining appear in high frequency, the purchase and payment are completed online, the greetings and farewell are often through the electronic Emoticons come true, fully embodying the linguistic and linguistic variables in the contextual configuration as well as the restrictive effect of the current Chinese e-commerce environment on the linguistic structure.
