随着我国现代企业制度的建立和完善,企业在发展过程中需要做好相应的财务管理工作,这样才能够增强企业的市场竞争力,保证企业的发展水平,而要保证财务管理的质量,首先需要财务管理人员制定科学的财务管理战略,从企业的实际状况出发,从而满足企业今后的发展。但是在实际的企业财务战略实施中,我们发现其财务战略决策不够科学,本文通过对当前企业战略决策的选择以及未来的发展方向进行探讨,找到更加适合企业生存与发展的战略模式,提高财务管理人员对财务战略的认识,在今后的工作中可以按照战略要求进行工作,最终实现企业利润的最大化。
