在招聘咨询人员时,麦肯锡更加注重员工个人的素质,而不是专业或者其它方面,这些素质包括: 1.杰出的思考和解决问题的能力。这些能力基本上是在工作实践中学到的,所以多数咨询人员在加入麦肯锡之前,己具有相当的业务经验,甚至是某一领域的专家。 2.要有良好的同各层次人士沟通、交往的能力。只有这样才能面对不同行业、不同文化背景的客户,做到游刃有余。
When hiring consultants, McKinsey focuses more on the personal qualities of employees than on their major or other. These qualities include: 1. Outstanding thinking and problem-solving skills. These abilities are basically learned in work practice, so most consultants have considerable business experience or even expertise in a field before joining McKinsey. 2.
