用溶胶-凝胶法制备了多孔TiO_2纳米薄膜修饰的镍基电极。用STM观察了TiO_2纳米薄膜的表面形貌。由STM知,随烧结温度升高和PEG(聚乙二醇)含量增加,TiO_2纳米薄膜表面孔穴的数量增加,孔径增大。
Porous TiO_2 nano-film modified Ni-based electrode was prepared by sol-gel method. The surface morphology of TiO 2 nanostructured films was observed by STM. From STM, with the increase of the sintering temperature and the increase of the content of PEG (polyethylene glycol), the number of pores on the surface of TiO 2 nanofilm increases and the pore diameter increases.
