回转式空气预热器是高参数大容量电站锅炉广泛采用的尾部换热设备,漏风率高是该类设备的致命缺点。提出了300 MW机组回转式空气预热器的漏风分布的综合模型,其中包含2个子模型:一个是基于压降机理建立的质量守恒和能量守恒模型,另一个是基于流体网络建立的空预器内部漏风分布模型。以某电厂300 MW机组尾部换热设备为仿真对象,求解回转式空预器的径向,周向和轴向的漏风分布,得出轴向漏风和径向漏风可以相似化处理的结论,认为在加装径向密封装置时,也应该对轴向密封加以改造,这对回转式空预器的状态检修和运行维护具有指导意义。
Rotary air preheater is a high parameter large-capacity power plant boiler tail heat exchanger equipment, high air leakage rate is a fatal flaw of this type of equipment. A comprehensive model of air leakage distribution in a rotary air preheater of 300 MW unit is proposed, which includes two sub-models: one is the mass conservation and energy conservation model established based on the pressure drop mechanism, and the other is based on the air preheater Internal air leakage distribution model. Taking the heat exchanging equipment in the tail of a 300 MW unit of a power plant as a simulation object, the radial, circumferential and axial air leakage distributions of the rotary air preheater are solved. The conclusion is that the axial air leakage and the radial air leakage can be treated similarly. In the installation of radial seal, the axial seal should also be modified, which is the rotary air preheater condition maintenance and operation and maintenance of guidance.
