本例畸胎母,20岁,农业,第二胎是1993年11月2日用利凡诺引产下的女胎.1 胎龄6个月.实测身长230 mm;头围150 mm;胸围270 mm;胎盘直径约10X10cm;脐带长30cm,直径约1cm.2 异常情况 (1)先天性脐疝:在脐上方约有1.5×1.5cm裂孔,孔外有小肠及小肠系膜为突出物.(2)无脑:颅骨发育不全,顶骨未发育,无颅盖,故颅腔呈开放状态,肉眼观察,故颅后窝内残存少量脑组织.(3)脊柱裂:裂长达7cm并且裂与颅裂相续,形成一个背部的连续裂口.其中上4cm,在颈惟和胸椎无堆板、棘突和横突,在裂汁的腔内无明显的脊髓组织,裂最宽达2cm,最窄为0.5cm.下3cm仅为皮肤和皮下组织裂开,裂最宽达3cm.(4)角膜灰白,透明度差,故不能完全看清瞳孔和虹膜.
