通过分析承钢2号、3号360 m2烧结机石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺流程,采取适当延长烟气与脱硫剂接触时间,提高吸收塔浆液循环量,控制合理的浆液密度和p H值,降低烟气温度等措施,该系统脱硫效率达到了95%以上,脱硫后烟气中SO2含量<100 mg/Nm3,烟尘含量<50 mg/Nm3,副产品石膏的纯度>90%,含水率<10%。实践证明,该脱硫工艺对承钢烧结烟气脱硫效果明显,除尘效率较高,年可减少SO2排放1.2万t。
