一个执政党,其执政都需要具有自身的合法性。其合法性来自于民众的支持。中国共产党现在作为执政党,其执政合法性正面临着来自于“三农”问题的严峻挑战。本文正是基于上述思想,尝试着对当前中央提出要着力推进农村的改革发展,与提升党的执政合法性二者之间的关系做一个探讨。 A ruling party, its ruling needs to have its own legitimacy. Its legitimacy comes from the public support. As the ruling party, the legitimacy of the CPC is facing a serious challenge from the “three rural issues.” Based on the above ideas, this article attempts to make an exploration on the current relationship between the reform and development proposed by the Central Committee in the rural areas and efforts to enhance the legitimacy of the party’s ruling.
