天山北坡四棵树河是乌苏市工农业生产和经济发展的主要水源地,同时也是乌苏市洪水灾害出现比较频繁的河流.应用1954-2006年乌苏市气象站年气温、降水量与吉勒德水文站资料,分析了四棵树河流域径流的年内、年际变化特征,估算出冰川径流量.结果表明:水资源对气候变化十分敏感,以河流冰川径流变化对气温、降水等气候因子变化的响应,揭示出冰川径流的变化特征及其对河川径流的可能影响.近几十年来,由于气候变暖,加上人类活动影响,导致水循环加剧,给生态环境、人类生活和社会经济发展带来重大变化.对于干旱区域独具特色的水文和水资源系统,应正视社会经济发展与生态环境保护问题,采取多种措施,减缓气候变化,遏制区域环境的恶化趋势,保护好干旱地区的生命线—高山冰川,维系干旱区十分脆弱的生态环境.
