本文叙述采用C3b致敏酵母菌检测红细胞C3b受体,采用C3b未致敏酵母菌检测红细胞免疫复合物的两种新方法。对47例正常人红细胞免疫功能进行了研究。正常人红细胞C3b致敏酵母菌花环率为17.44±6.54%,红细胞C3b未致敏酵母菌花环率为4.12±2.45%,本文对红细胞通过它们的C3b受体粘附抗原抗体补体复合物的机理和意义进行了讨论。
This article describes two new methods for the detection of erythrocyte immune complexes using the C3b sensitized yeast for the detection of red blood cell C3b receptors. 47 cases of normal human erythrocyte immune function were studied. The rate of rosette of normal erythrocyte C3b-sensitized yeast was 17.44 ± 6.54%, the rate of non-sensitized yeast rosette of erythrocyte C3b was 4.12 ± 2.45%. The mechanism of erythrocyte adhesion to antigen-antibody complement complex by their C3b receptor and The meaning is discussed.
