2-氯烟酸是一种重要的医药中间体,由于其生产过程繁琐,产品品质的检验控制十分关键。通过分析产品中氯含量的方法来分析2-氯烟酸含量是一种很容易实现的化学分析方法,本文通过反复的实验建立起一套有效的分析方法,该方法操作简单,条件也不苛刻,能够准确的分析出样品中的氯含量,进一步得出取样产品中2-氯烟酸的含量。另外我们还通过一系列的平行实验,得出该方法具有较高的精确度,偏差也非常小,非常适用于2-氯烟酸的合成实验及生产当中进行分析和品质管理。
2-Chloronicotinic acid is an important pharmaceutical intermediates, because of its complicated production process, product quality inspection control is critical. The analysis of 2-chloronicotinic acid content by analyzing the chlorine content in the product is a very easy chemical analysis method. In this paper, an effective analytical method is established through repeated experiments. The method is simple in operation and the conditions are not harsh , Can accurately analyze the chlorine content of the sample, to further draw the sample product 2-chloronicotinic acid content. In addition, we also through a series of parallel experiments, concluded that the method has high accuracy, the deviation is very small, very suitable for the synthesis of 2 - chloronicotinic acid production and analysis and quality management.
