现代信息技术的发展使得人们的工作方式和对待工作的态度都发生了改变,传统理论上的工作与非工作的边界变得越来越模糊,甚至消失。为有效管理员工工作与非工作的平衡,迫切需要对新时期员工工作与非工作的边界内涵进行重新梳理,对其管理理论进行重新审视。本文在梳理工作与非工作边界内涵的基础上,回顾了工作与非工作边界管理理论的发展过程,并对其发展趋势进行了分析。 The development of modern information technology has changed people’s working methods and attitudes toward their work. The boundaries between traditional theories and non-work have become increasingly vague and even disappear. In order to effectively manage the balance between work and non-work, it is urgent to reconsider the connotation of the boundary between work and non-work and to re-examine its management theory. On the basis of combing the connotation of working and non-working boundaries, this paper reviews the development of the theory of working and non-working boundary management and analyzes its development trend.
