文章介绍了江苏省企业研发机构现状,分析了开展企业研发机构绩效管理的必要性和意义,运用层次分析法从研发能力、人员团队、运行绩效、运行管理4个方面构建了企业研发机构绩效评估的指标体系,形成13个二级指标并确定权重,为江苏省企业研发机构绩效管理提供参考。
