目的 :考察 2 5℃和 37℃下 6h内 ,安洛欣注射剂与 4种输液配伍的稳定性。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法 ,不经分离直接测定安洛欣中的氨苄西林钠和邻氯西林钠含量 ;并考察配伍液的外观和 pH值。 结果 :pH值及温度影响安洛欣与输液配伍的稳定性。本实验方法测氨苄西林的平均回收率为 98.74% (RSD =0 .6 7% ,n =5 ) ;邻氯西林钠为 97.83%(RSD =0 .91% ,n =5 )。结论 :安洛欣在葡萄糖注射液中比在氯化钠注射液中稳定性差 ,且随着温度升高 ,稳定性下降
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of the combination of Anluoxin with 4 kinds of infusions within 2 hours at 25 ℃ and 37 ℃. Methods: The dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of ampicillin sodium and o-chlorocillin sodium in Anluxin directly without separation. The appearance and pH of the compatibility liquid were also investigated. Results: The pH value and temperature affected the stability of compatibility of Anluxin with infusion. The average recoveries of ampicillin by this method were 98.74% (RSD = 0.67%, n = 5). Oral chlorine sodium was 97.83% (RSD = 0.91%, n = 5). CONCLUSION: Anloxacin is less stable in glucose injection than sodium chloride injection, and its stability declines with increasing temperature
