随着疾病监测与防控向广度和深度的不断发展,传统操作型数据库为主的存储、管理和分析方式已无法满足海量数据分析利用的需求。数据仓库技术作为一种新兴的用于数据分析和决策支持的数据存储与组织技术,是实现海量数据高效管理与深入分析的有效解决方案。该文通过对国内外文献的系统调研,介绍了数据仓库技术在疾病监测预警、疾病防控研究等方面的应用情况,并结合具体案例探讨了数据仓库技术在实际应用中遇到的关键问题和解决思路,展望了数据仓库技术在疾病监测与防控应用中的未来方向。
With the continuous development of breadth and depth of disease surveillance and prevention, the traditional operational database-based storage, management and analysis methods have failed to meet the needs of massive data analysis and utilization.
