颅脑损伤在临床中较为常见,颅脑损伤主要是指人体头部受到外界创伤,车祸、跌倒、高处坠落均为引发颅脑损伤的主要因素.临床医生往往根据患者创伤程度来分为头皮损伤、颅骨损伤、脑损伤三种,这三种情况可共同存在,也可单独存在.如患者创伤程度较为轻微,往往会出现头晕、呕吐、恶心等临床表现,如创伤程度较重,患者多在此基础上合并持续高热、吞咽困难、偏瘫等症状,甚至出现嗜睡、昏迷等意识障碍.对于损伤程度较重的患者来说,临床中多给予手术治疗方式,以最大程度恢复患者神经功能,保障其预后效果.但由于患者伤情较为危重,术后极易出现多种后遗症,因此,临床应给予颅脑损伤患者术后相关药物治疗,以有效防止患者出现后遗症,并促进其早日康复.本文主要将通窍活血汤对颅脑损伤术后患者的治疗价值进行叙述,以为临床治疗工作奠定基础.
