该系统是为白城电业局对变电所实现用电量科学管理而研制的,是吉林省电力局重点科研项目。该系统能够对二次变电所用电量进行数据采集,并进行数据处理。每隔一小时定时打印出各线的有功分量和无功分量,打印出功率因数、主变压器的变损比以及母线的不平衡比等参数。每日24点打印出全天用电量的统计数字。该系统的研制成功,不仅取消了人工抄报用电量的繁琐工作,而且能够准确及时地掌握电网运行情况,并据此进行合理地用电量分配。从而提高电网运行效率,增加经济效益。
The system is for Baicheng Electric Power Bureau substation to achieve the scientific management of electricity consumption developed by the Jilin Provincial Electric Power Bureau is a key scientific research projects. The system can power the secondary substation for data acquisition, and data processing. Thereby increasing the grid operating efficiency and increase economic efficiency.
