Not long ago, the “2012 Working Capital Management Summit Forum” co-sponsored by the Enterprise Department of the Ministry of Finance, China Accounting Society and Ocean University of China was held in Qingdao with the theme of “Working Capital Management and Financial Risk Assessment”.
