多数工程机械为了提高工作性能和本身的稳定性,均设有支腿油缸。挖掘机设有两个或四个支腿,汽车起重机一般设有四个支腿。当起重机作业时,载荷及自重完全由四个支腿支撑。因此要求支腿油缸工作可靠,否则会引起起重机倾翻。在使用维修中,我们发现QY8A型液压起重机的蛙式支腿因油缸的活塞挡板弯曲变形,发生“软腿”的现象较多,日本多田野10吨液压汽车起重机也曾出现过类似情况。
Most construction machinery in order to improve work performance and its own stability, are equipped with leg cylinder. The excavator has two or four outriggers and the truck crane typically has four outriggers. When the crane is working, the load and weight are completely supported by four outriggers. Therefore, the leg cylinder requires reliable work, otherwise it will cause the crane to tip over. In service, we found that the frog leg of the QY8A hydraulic crane was bent and deform due to the piston baffle of the hydraulic cylinder, and there was more phenomenon of “soft leg”. Similar cases occurred in the Japanese TADANO 10 ton hydraulic truck crane.
